I started The Coaching Revolution as a visceral response to the global statistic that says that 82% of coaching businesses fail in the first two years. When I realised that more than 4 out of 5 of the big-hearted, other-people-centred coaches I trained with were going to fail, I set out to change that.
I found coaching at a very low point in my life, and it’s fair to say that my life was transformed by it. I trained to become a coach and quickly realised that I can’t coach the whole world - but I can ensure that more people than I could ever reach alone will get to experience the transformational experience of coaching by helping other coaches find clients. Specifically, helping them find coaching clients who can - and will - pay a professional rate for coaching.
What started as determination in my kitchen in Cumbria is now a global movement to get the world coached and to do that, we need good coaches credentialled - hence this revision tool.
